Terms of service
This says who we are, what we currently provide (professionally driven rides — not autonomous service), what we ask of you as a rider, how fares and fees work, and how disputes get handled. The Rider Rules are part of it.

1. Who we are
RoboTaxi NWA and Noire Chauffeur are services of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], an Arkansas [LLC / corporation], [ADDRESS]. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to that entity. Bentonville Digital is the parent company.
2. What we currently provide
We provide professionally driven passenger transportation in Northwest Arkansas. We do not currently operate autonomous vehicle service. Autonomous service requires approval under the Arkansas autonomous vehicle program (A.C.A. § 27-51-2001 et seq.) and will be offered only if and when that approval is granted. Nothing on our site is a commitment to provide autonomous service on any timeline.
3. Eligibility
You must be [18] or older to book. Riders under [18] must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 8 must be secured in an appropriate child restraint in a rear seat, as required by Arkansas law. You are responsible for providing the restraint.
4. Rider rules
Our Rider Rules are part of these terms. They cover conduct, seat belts, prohibited items and activities, animals, and what happens if a vehicle is damaged or soiled.
5. Fees and charges
Fares are quoted before your trip begins. We do not apply surge or demand-based pricing. Cleaning and damage fees are published in the Rider Rules and are charged to the payment method used for the trip, after itemized notice with supporting documentation. You may dispute a charge by [PROCESS]; we will respond within [N] business days.
6. Cancellation
[Your policy. Include the window and any fee.]
7. Service animals and accessibility
Service animals are welcome at all times at no charge and without advance notice. We do not require documentation. [Describe wheelchair-accessible vehicle availability honestly — if you do not have WAV capacity yet, say so and say what you do instead.] See also our accessibility statement.
8. Recording and monitoring
[TODO — attorney. Describe in-vehicle audio/video recording if you do it, the purpose, who can access it, and how long it is retained. Arkansas is a one-party consent state for audio recording, but a commercial passenger context has additional considerations. Do not guess at this section.]
9. Limitation of liability
[TODO — attorney drafts this. Do not adapt language from another company’s site. This is the single clause most worth paying for.]
10. Insurance
We maintain commercial automobile liability insurance meeting or exceeding Arkansas requirements for [CLASSIFICATION]. Certificate available on request.
11. Dispute resolution
[TODO — attorney. Arbitration clauses, class action waivers, and venue selection all have state-specific enforceability questions.]
12. Changes
We will post changes here with a revision date. Material changes will be emailed to anyone with an account.
